Each month, Tewkesbury CAMRA will recommend to you a pub in our area which we think is worth a visit.

We will try and tell you which real ales they have on offer and link you to their own website if they have one!

This Month, we are recommending The Swan, Ledbury Road, Staunton, Gloucester, GL19 3QA

This vibrant village pub now operates as a freehouse, having undergone a complete refurbishment at the end of 2014.

Run by Anthony, the pub is at the centre of village life. The bar offers a great range of drinks and the team in the kitchen produce great British dishes which are freshly prepared, locally-sourced and seasonal.

We have a lovely secluded beer garden, full of pretty cottage plants and there is a large barn attached to the pub which can be used for larger parties dining with us or for private functions.

The Swan is one of three free house pubs in the area owned by a local farming family.

You will always be assured of a warm welcome and will be greeted with a smile whether you are visiting us for a drink, enjoying a light lunch or celebrating a special occasion with us.
