Cobblers can claim to be Gloucestershire’s first micropub, located in the centre of Newent. The pub is bigger than you might imagine with the cosy front bar leading on to two further rooms at the back, converted from what were once local council offices. There are usually four gravity fed ales, plus cider, and a large selection of artisan gins. If hungry, a meal can be ordered from the local Indian restaurant, and it will be delivered to your table. Thursday nights are live music nights.
