See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Situated in Hartpury on the A417 between Gloucester and Ledbury, The Royal Exchange is a country pub with drinking and dining areas, a log burner and amazing views from the heated decked area. The Royal Exchange was established in around 1855 and is situated on the site where it is said, Cavalier and Roundhead prisoners were exchanged during the English Civil War, hence the pub’s name! The pub which is now a Freehouse, changed hands in 2012 and belongs to a local farming family who have lived and worked in the area for over 90 years.
