PHS Tewkesbury Tour

12.00 p.m. Meet at The Anchor 1774, 42 High St, Tewkesbury GL20 5BH. Introductory talk by John Dixon, Life President of Tewkesbury Historical Society.

This will be followed by a walk around the town, including an invitation to view “Gloster’s Oldest Pub”, The Black Bear.

3.00 p.m. At The Cross House Tavern, 108 High St, Tewkesbury GL20 5AB, Steve Goodchild, Trustee of Tewkesbury Museum will give a talk on old Tewkesbury pubs and breweries

Please note that as space is limited in the backroom of The Cross House Tavern, seating priority will be given to Pub History Society members.
