Campaign for Real Ale

Pub of the month December

Each month, Tewkesbury CAMRA will recommend to you a pub in our area which we think is worth a visit. We will try and tell you which real ales they have on offer and link you to their own website if they have one! This Month, we are recommending The Beauchamp Arms - The Village Dymock Gloucestershire GL18 2AQ

About the Pub

The Beauchamp Arms was purchased by the farsightedness of Dymock Parish Council, on behalf of the community, in 1997. It was acquired to allow the Parish Hall to purchase some of the pub land to build an extension. This increased the hall’s use and helped ensure that Dymock kept both a viable pub and hall for its future generations. It has always been a principle that it remains a village pub that serves food rather than a country restaurant that serves beer. The Beauchamp Arms is one of the focal points of the parish and is a genuine village pub that warmly welcomes the visitors that come to enjoy the good food, fine beers and friendly company that are to be found here. We can cater for parties by prior arrangement. Daily specials are offered for sale when certain foods become available or come into season. See our Specials board for details, or ask the staff who will be pleased to advise you. Linda and John Griffiths have been hosts at the Beauchamp Arms since October 2002.
